Reliability test
 
In order to avoid hidden defects in production and design, we have developed a series of reliability tests. Such as semi-finished product electrical performance reliability test, finished product electrical performance reliability test, dustproof and waterproof test, anticorrosion test (salt spray test), vibration test, high and low temperature experiment.
 
(1) Electrical performance test of semi-finished products: Before sealing the semi-finished modules, after the QC test is completely OK, power on all the products and go through high temperature aging for at least 48 hours.
 
(2) Finished product aging experiment: Install the finished product module on the LED cabinet, and simulate the whole screen assembly on site, and it can be shipped without aging for 48 hours.
 
(3) Waterproof experiment: In the rainy season of outdoor LED display, the protection of rainwater is always related to the quality of the product itself. We have increased the high-pressure flushing experiment on the bottle body, and performed the water invasion experiment and water spray on each box. Experiment to ensure water resistance. The LED surface protection level has fully reached IP67.
 
(4) Anti-corrosion experiment: In order to ensure the anti-corrosion reliability of anti-corrosion circuit boards and cabinets, salt spray experiments are performed in production.
 
(5) Vibration experiment: For traffic guidance screens and vehicle display screens, since they work under vibration conditions, in order to ensure their reliable performance, simulated vibration experiments should be performed.
 
(6) Environmental experiment: Real outdoor environment debugging to ensure that the factory effect is consistent with the field effect.
